Alum is very useful in Beauty care
As a deodorants

If your underarms are Dark,Then Instead of Using deodorants ,you can apply alam crystal wet in water very gently beneath the underarms.

or use fine alum powder instead of Talc powder for underarms

or to prevent body odor, add a little alum to your bath water.

Alum in block form is used as an aftershave, rubbed over the wet freshly shaved face as Antibacterial agent.It Is Helpful in Clotting of Blood thus prevents bleeding.

Boil the Alum Crystal/powder in Water.Cool it to Bearable Temperature .Then apply it using small cotton piece to reduce inflammation .Say u got a cup of water,you need to apply cotton on affected area for say 20 secs.Then again dip the cotton in heated water ,then again apply to affected area .Apply at least 10 to 15 times in this fashion
