Customer Care in India is a sham a myth
After Interacting and getting tortured by customer care centeres of
India's leading telecom companies
India's leading direct to home TV companies
India's best airline service

the problems suffered were
Incompetent workers ( the first level staff who receive the phone )
indifferent Senior executives
Tendency to disregard mails
Need to talk to new person every time you take care to phone
Dishonest attitude of companies
Non Intervention by authorities concerned
