Special cells which make nervous system are called neurons.

There are three parts of nervous system:
  • brain, 
  • spinal cord
  •  nerves

There are three types of nerves
  • motor nerves
  • sensory nerves
  • mixed nerves

There are three parts of brain:
  • cerebrum, 
  • cerebellum, 
  • modelled

Five important sense organs are:

  • Eyes :Eyes are used to see
  • Nose :Nose is useful for smelling things
  • Ears:Ears are used for hearing
  • Tongue:Tongue is used to taste
  • Skin:Skin is the largest sense organ

Framework of bones is called skeleton. There are 206 bones in the body of an adult. The skeleton gives the shape and strength to our body and protect our internal organs. Rib cage has 22 pairs  of bones which protect lungs and heart. When two or more bones meet together, they form a joint . Our body has more than hundred joints.
There are many types of joints like

Ball and socket joint
Hinge  joint
 pivot joint
Gliding joint

Ball and socket joint is found in shoulders and hips. With the help of Ball and socket joint,we can move our ships or shoulders in any direction.
Hinge  joint is  found in elbow and knee
Pivot joint is found in backbone
Gliding joint is found in wrist and ankle.
