India's leading direct to home TV companies
India's best airline service

the problems suffered were
Incompetent workers ( the first level staff who receive the phone )
indifferent Senior executives
Tendency to disregard mails
Need to talk to new person every time you take care to phone
Dishonest attitude of companies
Non Intervention by authorities concerned

Recently faced problem in kelvinator Powercool AC

Below is the Complete details of letters exchanged

One kelvinator Powercool AC Model XXXXXXX was purchased from  XXXXXXXX
vide Bill no XXXXXX dated XXXXXXX in name of My Brother XXXXXXXX

The AC is quite good and the system was purchased considering excellent Quality with great price.

The AC is Performing good except one Hitch.Its swing motor is not working since first day.The service engineers visited twice with assurance that motor will be replaced soon .

3 months have passed since then,Still awaiting for the motor to be changed.
You will appreciate that small motor is ruining the  pleasing  experience associated with this AC.

<strong>Result : After Giving the Complaint number the motor was replaced vary fast in 2-3 days </strong>

<strong>And hope every company give service like them .
Even the best designed system can give problem.
In this case the response of local service center was pathetic ,but the higher bosses acted on mail and rectified the error.
